We specialize in medical replacement products and services for equipment categories like batteries, beds & tables, bulbs & lamps, cables, infusion pumps, probes, patient monitors, C-Arms, CT tubes, glassware, image intensifiers, industrial imaging (NDT), mammography, monitors, MRI, portable X-Ray, and ultrasound equipment.

We manage service programs that improve operational and financial performance for key accounts, coordinating processes, technology, and delivery, and tracking service metrics. Our customer care representatives handle inquiries, order placement, billing, repairs, returns, and quotes for clinical engineers.

We also manage sales enablement, sales development, and business development. Our focus is on acquiring new customers and expanding into acute hospital segments, especially hospitals with 400 beds or fewer. We handle receiving, processing, and staging incoming biomedical equipment for service and repair. Our service solutionists are the first point of contact for depot service requests, providing end-to-end resolution across multiple vendors.
