Pay Range: $75,000-$80,000
Role Summary
The Sales Development Executive drives top-of-funnel pipeline growth and strategic account expansion across RSI Security’s core service offerings, including PCI DSS, CMMC, HITRUST, and vCISO. This role is responsible for generating and qualifying new leads, re-engaging lost accounts, managing partner relationships, and contributing to proposal development and scoping.
Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to support RSI Security’s revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, nurturing early-stage prospects, and reclaiming lapsed accounts. Through a combination of outbound prospecting, inbound lead support, and strategic partner collaboration, the Sales Development Executive plays a critical role in advancing the organization’s mission to deliver trusted cybersecurity solutions.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop sales and business for lead generation
- Top 5 services (PCI DSS/SSF, CMMC, HITRUST, vCISO)
- Close lost accounts, former clients
- New logos using ZoomInfo
- Inbound lead scoping and proposal development (selective in the first 90 days)
- Strategic account management for

- Consistently fails to meet GWC
- Demonstrates misalignment with any of RSI’s Core Values
- Misses Rocks or measurables without proactive ownership
- Damages team trust through toxic behavior or poor communication
- Refuses coaching, feedback, or D10 participation
- Violates legal, ethical, or client confidentiality standards
- Failure to maintain 80% of completion of assigned trainings each quarter
Grounds for Termination
This seat may be subject to termination for:
- Failing 3+ Scorecard measurables over two quarters
- Breaching RSI’s core values
- Mishandling confidential or sensitive information
- Non-participation in EOS rhythms (L10s, Rocks, Scorecards)
- Repeated inaccuracy or negligence in responsibilities
