Founded in 2008, we are an environmental services company providing sustainable waste, recycling, and circular economy solutions.

We offer software for waste, recycling, and fleet operations worldwide. Our customers range from businesses and governments to national brands, independent businesses, households, contractors, and home remodelers.

Our platform, RUBICONConnect™, helps customers manage waste, optimize operations, and achieve zero-waste and sustainability goals. It provides real-time analytics and custom reports.

Our services include recycling, regulated and specialized waste management, ESG data tracking, regulatory compliance, disaster recovery, and equipment maintenance. We also offer consulting for waste audits, cost reduction, operational efficiency, and sustainability strategy.

We handle many materials: cardboard, plastic, paper, metal, glass, electronics, construction and demolition debris, and organics like food waste and composting. We support over 100,000 service locations through a network of more than 8,000 vendor and hauler partners.

Our division, Rubicon Carbon, invests in nature-based carbon projects. We handle due diligence and monitoring to help reduce emissions and create social benefits.
