We were founded in 2013 and operate in the Hospitals and Health Care industry. We provide an eConsult platform that virtually connects primary care clinicians to board-certified specialists. Our mission is to remove barriers to specialty expertise, helping clinicians create better care plans, reduce unnecessary referrals and services, shorten patient wait times and travel, and lower healthcare costs.

Our offerings include a configurable eConsult platform, a specialist network with over 140 specialties and sub-specialties, and program design and development for specialty care support, diagnosis, treatment, and disease management. Since 2013, our platform has facilitated over 500,000 virtual consults and is used by over 8,500 primary care providers, who rate us 4.⁹³⁄₅. We also provide free primary care-focused CME courses and a Learning Center with tutorial videos, best practices, and case studies.

We employ 51-200 individuals. Our team is a group of mission-driven innovators. We operate with a remote-first culture, though we also have an office in NYC, giving employees flexibility in their work environment. We encourage employees to take mental health days as needed.
