Job Summary:

Ruggable is looking for a systems-savvy and process-driven Sales Coordinator to join our Wholesale team. In this role, you’ll support the Wholesale Sales team by ensuring efficient processes that create flawless execution for our wholesale partnerships through effective cross-functional communication, collaboration, and follow through across teams. You will be crucial in ensuring projects are accurate and timely, to drive brand visibility across the market. You’ll be the go-to expert for making sure Ruggable assortments are set up accurately and partnerships are running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own item set up, ongoing item management, and inventory updates across retailers and within partner portals

  • Pull reporting from retail portals and selling platforms

    • Pull sales data, update account decks, and assist with preparation for key account meetings, retailer reviews, and internal business readouts
    • Own calendar coordination, sample management, asset distribution, and follow-up notes for sales meetings
  • Stay attuned to updates, alerts and changes in retailer portals and notify cross-functional teams

  • Collaborate closely with Tech, Operations and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless partner experience

  • Identify process gaps and work with internal teams to streamline procedures and remove bottlenecks

    • Support the creation and refinement of SOPs, reporting templates, and operational checklists
  • Track program progress, maintain accurate records, and report on key metrics

  • Provide feedback and insights to improve processes to scale business

What You’ll Need to Have:

Required:

  • 2-5 years of wholesale sales experience, preferably within the Home Textiles or Housewares industries
  • Strong Excel skills and the aptitude to learn new systems and project management platforms
  • Some experience working in retailer portals (Ideally, Costco, Sam’s Club, Target, Lowe’s and The Home Depot)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail and bias for action
  • Comfortable in a fast paced environment, managing multiple complex projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Tech-savvy; familiarity and aptitude to learn systems and identify process gaps
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities as business evolves, maintaining a positive, proactive attitude

Preferred:

  • Experience working in Slack

Compensation:

  • $60,000 - $75,000 per year base salary
  • An annual bonus percentage that varies based on level of role
  • Employer matching (up to 3% of base salary) for company sponsored 401K plan
