As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Savvital, you are the first impression of our organization. You are not simply booking meetings; you are opening doors, creating opportunities, and directly driving company growth.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Prospecting & Outreach: Identifying and researching target accounts, locating key decision-makers, and executing outbound prospecting strategies through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Appointment Generation: Managing multi-touchpoint follow-up sequences to generate qualified appointments for our Business Consultants and ensuring smooth pipeline handoffs.
- CRM & Record Maintenance: Managing and updating prospect records inside our CRM platform to maintain immaculate activity tracking and data hygiene.
- Skill Development: Continuously refining your core messaging, objection handling, and sales execution by participating in call reviews and implementing constructive feedback.
PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
- Outbound calling and email activity volumes
- Total qualified appointments booked and final appointment show rates
- Revenue generated from booked meetings
- Precision in CRM pipeline hygiene and data accuracy
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with the absolute confidence to speak directly with international business owners and executives.
- Work Style: Strong organizational habits, excellent time management, and the ability to work completely independently in a stable remote environment.
- Technical Setup: High attention to detail along with a highly reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional remote workspace.
- Experience: Prior experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or cold calling is preferred but not mandatory. We place a far higher value on work ethic, discipline, and natural competitive drive.
