About the role:
- In a context of strong activity, Scality is expanding its global marketing initiatives.
- We are looking for a Marketing & Events Intern / Apprentice to support the Events department in the organization of key strategic events such as Scality Day and Scality Rocks.
- This role offers hands-on experience at the intersection of B2B marketing, lead management, and international event execution, working closely with Marketing, Sales, and partners.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Support the organization of key events including Scality Day, Scality Rocks, webinars, and Tier 1 Events worldwide.
- Manage event logistics: invitations, registrations and attendee follow-up
- Contribute to event promotion (email campaigns, social media, digital marketing)
- Manage event tools (e.g. Whova): content updates, agenda, attendee and sponsor access
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners
- Support post-event activities: reporting, lead qualification, and satisfaction surveys
- Maintain and update lead data in the CRM
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns in coordination with marketing teams
- Track and follow up on leads with Sales teams
- Manage post-event communications (thank-you emails, follow-ups, lead qualification)
- Assist with Channel marketing initiatives and events across regions (France, BeLux, Asia, MEA)
- Support coordination with regional teams and partners
- Contribute to operational execution of international marketing activities.
Skills:
Hard skills:
- Interest in marketing tools (CRM, emailing platforms, event tools such as Salesforce/ Hubspot or Whova)
- Ability to manage and organize data (leads, campaigns, reporting)
Soft skills:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Proactive mindset and autonomy
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a business school, marketing, or communication program
- Strong interest in B2B marketing and event management
- Fluent French and good level of English (written and spoken required)
- This internship must be part of an academic program with a mandatory internship agreement.
