As an AI Solutions Developer, you will play a key role in transforming AI initiatives into scalable, reusable solutions across the organization. This is a hybrid role that combines hands-on AI solution development, knowledge enablement, and internal AI adoption support. You will help build and maintain reusable AI assets such as templates, skill libraries, agent registries, and knowledge documentation while also leveraging AI to automate knowledge management processes.
You will work in a fast-moving environment where ambiguity is expected, ownership is valued, and experimentation is encouraged. This role is ideal for someone who is AI-first by default, highly self-driven, and passionate about building practical AI solutions that create operational impact.
Responsibilities:
- Turn AI builds and experiments into reusable assets such as templates, skill libraries, documentation, and agent registries
- Develop AI-powered solutions that automate knowledge management processes, including identifying gaps, surfacing insights, and flagging issues automatically
- Create scalable frameworks and standards that support the organization’s AI initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI solutions are clean, maintainable, and easy to hand off
- Support and enable the internal AI champion network by identifying knowledge gaps and helping design and deliver AI training initiatives
- Work independently in a rapidly evolving environment with changing priorities and minimal requirements
- Continuously explore and implement new AI capabilities, tools, and workflows to improve internal efficiency and knowledge accessibility
Requirements:
- Experience working with AI tools, prompting, and practical AI workflows
- Hands-on experience building and shipping real-world AI solutions or automations
- Experience with Git and version control workflows
- Strong self-learning and self-starter mindset with the ability to operate independently
- Creative problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments
- AI-first mindset with enthusiasm for emerging technologies and experimentation
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Advantages:
- Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol)
- Experience integrating APIs and external systems
- Experience with automation platforms such as Workato, Make, n8n, or Zapier
- Experience building internal AI agents, workflows, or knowledge systems
- Experience delivering AI training or enablement initiatives
- Background working in fast-paced startup or innovation environments
