On behalf of NDA , Insurance, SD Solutions is looking for a talented Growth Executor.
We are building four outbound growth channels simultaneously: cold email, LinkedIn automation, referral partner network, and producer recruitment. We need one highly organized, execution-focused Growth Executor to manage and operate all four channels day-to-day.
This is a remote, part-time contractor role. You will be the operational engine behind Koosh’s entire outbound pipeline — managing tools, sequences, lists, and reporting while our leadership handles warm conversations and closings.

Responsibilities:
- Cold Email (MailScale / RevReply) Monitor campaign performance daily — reply rates, positive reply rates, meeting conversions. Kill underperforming variants below the threshold and flag top performers for scaling. Expand prospect lists on Apollo.io across all five verticals nationally. Manage sending infrastructure, including domains, inboxes, and warm-up schedules. Audit RevReply auto-responses weekly and flag warm replies for leadership.
- LinkedIn Automation (Heyreach / Expandi): Build and manage prospect lists inside LinkedIn Sales Navigator by title and geography. Run connection request and follow-up sequences across multiple accounts. Monitor acceptance rates, reply rates, and warm conversations daily. Flag positive replies immediately to leadership for takeover. Cross-reference LinkedIn prospects with email lists for multi-channel targeting.
- Referral Partner Network Source and load target referral partners — CPAs, mortgage brokers, RE attorneys, and property management companies — into outreach sequences. Track referral pipeline in Google Sheets, including partner status, referrals received, and revenue attributed. Send monthly partner check-in emails and market updates. Coordinate introductions and handoffs to leadership for partner meetings.
- Producer Recruitment Source producer candidates on LinkedIn, Indeed, and industry groups. Run initial outreach sequences and book intro calls for leadership. Manage onboarding checklist for new producers, including license verification, materials, and CRM access. Track the producer pipeline and activity weekly.
- Reporting: Deliver a weekly KPI dashboard across all four channels every Monday. Flag anomalies, underperformers, and opportunities proactively. Maintain Google Sheets tracking systems for prospect lists, partner tracker, and producer pipeline.
Requirements:
- 2+ years running B2B outbound campaigns via cold email and/or LinkedIn.
- Hands-on experience with Apollo.io, MailScale, Lemlist, Instantly, or equivalent.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and automation tools such as Heyreach or Expandi.
- Strong written English — professional, concise, native-level quality.
- Google Sheets proficiency, including SUMIFS, IMPORTRANGE, and dashboard management.
- Available US Eastern business hours (9 am–6 pm ET), Monday to Friday.
- Self-directed and systems-minded — you build processes, not just follow them.
