Founded in 2021, we built Secoda as an AI platform for data governance and analytics. We provide modern data teams with an all-in-one, AI-powered platform for data cataloging, observability, lineage, access management, and governance. Our platform connects directly to data sources, understanding lineage, documentation, and metadata to deliver context-aware AI.

We offer AI-powered search, a central data catalog, and data monitoring to reduce risk. We also provide tools to enforce policies and enable secure data access. Our features include:

• Data discovery and lineage tracing
• A Chrome extension for in-browser data discovery
• Documentation and a searchable repository for data knowledge
• Workflow automations, real-time monitors, data quality scoring, and query monitoring
• Data CI/CD

Our platform leverages AI agents for analysis, automation, search, memory, observability, governance, documentation, visualization, and cataloging. We integrate with many data stacks and are used by data teams at companies like Remitly, Cardinal Health, Vanta, Chipotle, Kaufland, Ankorstore, and TextUs. We’ve synced over 1 billion resources and automated over 86% of manual processes.

We are SOC 2 compliant and offer self-hosting, SAML, SSO, MFA, SSH tunneling, data encryption, and advanced controls to ensure data security.
