Stellenbeschreibung
Ihre Mission:
Sie übernehmen eine Schlüsselrolle im System- und Risikomanagement im Automotive-Umfeld mit Fokus auf FMEA-Moderation, Risikoidentifikation und nachhaltige Qualitätsabsicherung.
- Planung, Durchführung und Moderation von Produkt- und Prozess-FMEAs gemäß VDA/AIAG (2019)
- Identifikation und Bewertung von Risiken in technischen Konzepten
- Ableitung und Verfolgung von Maßnahmen zur Risikominimierung
- Erstellung und Pflege von FMEA-Dokumentationen (VDA-Formblätter)
- Arbeit mit datenbankbasierten Tools (z. B. Plato e1ns®)
- Moderation von Workshops (vor Ort und remote)
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards und Prozessen
- Erstellung von Statusberichten und Präsentation der Ergebnisse
- Eskalation kritischer Themen und Ableitung von Maßnahmen
Qualifikationen
- Studium Maschinenbau, Fahrzeugtechnik, Systems Engineering oder vergleichbar
- >3 Jahre Erfahrung in FMEA Moderation
- Kenntnisse VDA/AIAG FMEA Handbuch (2019)
- Erfahrung mit Plato e1ns® oder vergleichbar
- Sehr gute Moderations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Deutsch & Englisch fließend
- Produkt- und Prozess-FMEA (VDA/AIAG 2019)
- Risikobewertung und Maßnahmenverfolgung
- Systems Engineering Methoden
