Job Description
Role Overview
The Warranty Analyst is part of an international automotive support team responsible for validating and processing warranty claims submitted by authorized dealerships in Germany. The role includes technical and administrative analysis of warranty invoices, management of front-office inquiries from the automotive dealer network, and issuing technical approvals for powertrain components such as engines, gearboxes, and turbochargers.
Key Responsibilities
Warranty Invoice Processing
Validate warranty invoices (Invoiced Interventions – IF) submitted by authorized dealerships.
Ensure compliance with automotive technical standards, administrative rules, and warranty procedures.
Technical Approvals
Review and issue technical approvals for powertrain components (engine, gearbox, turbocharger).
Analyze technical documentation provided by dealerships and internal support teams.
Front-Office Support
Manage tickets and requests from the automotive dealer network.
Provide guidance on warranty processes and technical requirements.
Work Location
Client office
Travel may be required to company sites
Qualifications
Knowledge of automotive components and general automotive industry processes.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively with multicultural teams.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
German language: beginner level, with good reading skills required.
Office software: MS Office Suite
Nice to have experience in: GCM, ICM, BVM, Dialogys
