The Opportunity
We’re a fast-growing startup building intelligent, data-driven products that blend AI, automation, and stunning visual experiences. We move fast, think big, and love solving complex problems with clean code and creativity. We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer who’s excited to ship impactful features, experiment with emerging tech, and help shape the direction of our product and architecture.
What you’ll be doing
- Build, maintain, and scale full-stack applications using Node.js (Express/NestJS), React (Next.js / Framer Motion), and TypeScript.
- Design and implement scalable APIs and microservices connected to PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Kafka, and ClickHouse.
- Create beautiful, responsive, and animated UIs with Tailwind CSS, Framer Motion, and Three.js that bring data to life.
- Develop automation workflows powered by AI (OCR, LLMs, ML models) to process financial data, reconcile records, and surface insights in real time.
- Deploy code through CI/CD pipelines with Docker, GKE, or ECS, keeping everything observable via Prometheus and Grafana.
- Collaborate closely with designers and product owners to ship high-quality features that feel fast, intuitive, and fun to use.
- Tune databases and services for performance using Redis/Memorystore and connection pooling (HikariCP, RDS Proxy).
- Write solid unit and integration tests to keep our stack reliable as we grow.
What you bring
- 4+ years of experience building production-grade web applications.
- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, React, and TypeScript.
- Familiarity with GCP or AWS and modern containerized deployments.
- Experience working with data-heavy systems or AI-driven workflows is a plus.
- A builder’s mindset where you enjoy taking ideas from concept to production.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid setup (3 days/week onsite) and collaborating face-to-face with a small, ambitious team.
- Curiosity, creativity, and a drive to make an impact in a startup environment.
