We were founded in 2019 to develop financial software for trade contractors in the construction industry. Our construction billing platform streamlines pay applications, lien waivers, and other related processes. Our platform includes features for custom pay app generation, compliance document tracking, change order tracking, lien waiver collection and management, A/R reporting, billing and cash flow forecasting, and collections management. It integrates with accounting systems and General Contractor payment portals. The software supports over 15,000 lien waiver and pay app forms from more than 10,000 General Contractors. Users report being paid three weeks faster on average, saving seven days per month on billing tasks. Our workflow is 6x faster, and pay app revisions are cut by 50%. Subcontractors have billed over $10 billion across more than 200,000 projects using our platform, which has processed over $2 billion in total. We help finance and operations teams gain control over their finances, aiming to reduce the average Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) by 30%. Siteline was co-founded by Gloria Lin (CEO), who previously led product teams at Stripe, Apple, and Flipboard, and Claire Wilson (COO), a former project manager at Tishman Construction.
