We are a Maryland-based digital services organization, founded in 2013, that provides modern solutions for mission-critical federal government programs. We specialize in artificial intelligence (AI/ML), Agile DevSecOps, Data Science, and Customer Experience. Our work impacts 65 million Americans and 45 million small businesses who use services we support.

Our expertise includes building AI strategies and implementation roadmaps, developing AI applications, analyzing data with machine learning models, implementing secure data infrastructure, and using Human-Centered Design (HCD) for customer experience. We help organizations deliver software faster, safer, and more reliably through automated CI/CD pipelines and open-source infrastructure-as-code.

SkyLabs is our AI research and experimentation hub, focused on modernizing government services with AI technologies. We are an SBA 8(a) Certified small business, certified through May 2027. We hold CMMI Maturity Level 3 for Development and Services, ISO9001 Quality Management, and ISO27001 Information Security certifications. Our contract vehicles include GSA MAS, GSA 8(a) STARS III, GSA OASIS+ Total Small Business, and FAA eFAST.

We offer a range of employee benefits, including 15 days of paid leave, 7 days of sick leave, 2 days bereavement leave, and 11 paid Federal holidays. We provide up to 4 weeks of paid parental leave.
