Sleed, a digital marketing agency with more than 10 years of field experience and a strategic partner of Google, Meta & TikTok, is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Manager to join its dynamic Creative Department team.
We are looking for a talented and driven Social Media Manager with 2-3 years of hands-on experience to join our team. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day social media activities, shaping the brand’s online presence, and contributing to creative content development across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and execute the social media strategy across all key platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
Develop and maintain monthly social media content calendars, ensuring consistent, high-quality output
Create, schedule, and optimize content in line with brand guidelines
Manage influencer and creator projects end-to-end, including scouting, negotiations, proposal development, and ongoing coordination
Participate in client presentations and internal strategy sessions, contributing insights and recommendations
2–3 years of experience in social media management, ideally within an agency or fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of platform best practices, content formats and analytics tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
A creative mindset with attention to detail and a proactive attitude
