SMB Team is seeking a Fractional COO Team Lead to ensure the consistency of deliverables and results, to assist their team in upgrades, and to assist their team in client matters (escalations, etc). This role is for an internal hire only.

$141,000 (plus variable comp + quarterly bonus up to $3,000 per quarter)
Key Responsibilities:
This is a player/coach role and this person will be responsible for working with clients and overseeing team members.
Hold team members accountable to systems/processes
Serve as 1st layer of manager to team, assisting with all client matters including upgrades, escalations, etc
Helping team members work through client work when they get stuck
Working with Team Leads in other departments to improve alignment on clients
Work with the Director of Fractionals to improve systems & processes by passing information gained through 1⁄1’s
Must be a current FCOO Level 2 or 3, with SMB Team for at least 6 months
Must have proven success handling client matters - upgrades and escalations
Must be in good standing (no current PFE and havenβt had one in past 6 months)
Must have at least 3 upgrades personally
Must have at least save 3 clients in client escalations

There are three parts to our business:

Marketing Services: We offer a full suite of marketing services to our clients, including PPC, SEO, Website Design, Video, and Social Media management. Our goal is to scale our services business to over $15M in revenue in 2023.
Coaching Services: We have a rapidly-growing, Philadelphia-based coaching program for lawyers. In our first year, we built our coaching business into a multi-seven-figure business. Our program has been identified as the most comprehensive coaching program for attorneys, and we plan to double the size of our clients in the next year.
