Founded in 1953, we provide services throughout the entire life cycle of built assets. We help ensure assets comply with regulations, last longer, perform better technically, environmentally, and energetically, and are safe for people. As an independent third party, we specialize in Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) in construction, infrastructure, and industry.

We provide inspection, measurement, consulting, certification, and training services. Our work covers quality, safety, energy, real estate, construction, infrastructure, logistics, environment, and health. For example, we periodically verify electrical installations (Q18, CONSUEL, Q19 via thermography) and perform regulatory controls for wind farms. This includes checking turbines, hoists, lifting accessories, lifelines, anchor points, PPE, electrical systems, and safety equipment like extinguishers. We also commission and recommission elevators, hoists, and nacelles.

Our Green Trust initiative offers solutions to reduce environmental impact. These initiatives support the European Taxonomy’s six objectives, helping renewable energy producers and other businesses decarbonize their energy use. We use a digital platform to centralize data, access intervention reports in real-time, and automate report generation. We also work with Building Information Modeling (BIM), creating 3D MEP models, Revit families, and drawings for projects, including clash detection and QA/QC reporting. Our team in Vietnam uses Kordata for construction material testing to review test results and field data.
