We are currently expanding our ENGINEERING SERVICES and are looking for a Accounting Assistant to join our growing team and help deliver high-quality projects to our clients.
Job Description
- Support Chief accountant on day-to-day basis
- To gather arising vouchers, to report revenue and debts; manage AR/AP
- To prepare and check monthly financial statements to the parent company, quarterly reports,;
- To explain reported data and provide records and data to tax, audit and inspection agencies upon request of statistics and synthesis of accounting data when having request;
- To Collect, to store and to preserve invoices and vouchers, to keep accounting data confidential;
- The work of the General Accountant and other tasks upon the request of the Board of Directors;
- Job details will be discussed in the interview.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a General Accountant
- Experienced in preparing and issuing VAT invoice
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong command of word processing and spreadsheet tools
- Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong reasoning ability and keen attention to detail
- Effective and clear verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in reading and writing English; fluency in English is preferred
