About the Position
Softeta is looking for a Product Owner to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to shape product direction, define solutions, and drive delivery of high-impact digital products.
You will act as a bridge between business and engineering, helping clients clarify their needs, make informed decisions, and ensure that delivered solutions create real business value in complex environments.
Key Responsibilities
Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap together with clients.
Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients make value-driven product decisions.
Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business impact and feasibility.
Translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable user stories.
Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
Engage stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear communication across all levels.
Validate outcomes and use data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Experience as a Product Owner or similar role in software development.
Strong understanding of Agile principles and ability to apply them in real project environments.
Experience working with clients and stakeholders in B2B or enterprise contexts.
Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and communicate with both business and engineering teams.
Strong prioritization, decision-making, and project coordination skills.
Technical understanding (e.g., APIs, integrations) is an advantage.
