Job Description
The HR Program Integration Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless design, coordination, integration, and delivery of HR programs and communications across the organization. Reporting to the Senior Director, HR Administration and Total Rewards, this role serves as a central connector between HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), Corporate Communications, and HR Business Partners (HRBPs), driving consistency, clarity, and operational excellence in program implementation.
Program Integration & Delivery
Coordinate end-to-end delivery of HR programs across functions and business units
Partner with COEs to operationalize new and existing HR initiatives
Documents timelines, deliverables and milestones across programs and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of programs and initiatives
Ensure alignment and consistency in program rollout, timing, and execution
Identify integration gaps and proactively resolve implementation challenges – critical output is ensuring a detailed annual calendar of HR program milestones and deadlines
Develop standardized documentation, playbooks, templates, and program guides
Support updates to workflows and process documentation as programs evolve
Escalate risks or delays to appropriate stakeholders
Communications & Change Enablement
Partner with COEs, HRBPs, and Corporate Communications to develop clear, consistent, and aligned HR communications
Ensure messaging is streamlined across channels and audiences
Ensure consistent use of tools and documentation standards across HR initiatives
Coordinate communications and rollout materials for change management
Monitor feedback loops to improve clarity and effectiveness of communications
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as a liaison between COEs and HRBPs to ensure consistent program interpretation and execution
Partners with COEs to create collateral for HRBPs and other stakeholders
Facilitate alignment meetings and drive follow-through on action items
Build strong partnerships across HR and business stakeholders
Continuous Improvement
Analyze program effectiveness and identify opportunities to streamline documentation and communication processes
Support ongoing enhancements to improve scalability and consistency
Maintain a centralized view of HR initiatives to avoid duplication and ensure alignment
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
An equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in HR program management, HR generalist, or related roles is required
PMP certification a plus
Skills and Competencies:
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong systems thinking and ability to coordinate across multiple HR and business stakeholders
Ability to translate program requirements into practical, user-centered experiences
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Capable of working effectively in international teams, operating effectively within a matrix organization and with multi-disciplinary groups, and being an excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills contributing to building team spirit
Proactive, self-motivated, enthusiastic, goal and results-oriented
Proficient in HR systems and tools, such as Workday, ServiceNow, MS Office Suite, SharePoint, Power Automate, and Smartsheet or other program management tools
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Working Conditions
This is a hybrid role and is expected to be on-site in Rancho Cordova, CA, at least 3 days a week. Travel to other Solidigm sites may be required.
Additional Information
The compensation range for this role is $78,400 - $122,500. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
