We were founded in 2014 and develop AI solutions for software. Our main product, Scout, is an AI model that uses TribeScope, a foundational AI model based on digital interaction data. Scout creates a “work graph” that shows how teams work, identifies inefficiencies, and explains their effect on business results, all while keeping data private.

Scout works by capturing anonymized digital interaction data. It then uses models to link these behaviors to actual outcomes, helping organizations take specific actions. Over 200 companies worldwide, including several Fortune 500 firms, use Scout to boost productivity. For example, it helped an insurance company potentially reduce effort per claim by 15%, increased system adoption for a financial services company, and improved throughput for an automotive company by cutting effort per order.

We hold over 600 patents and our customers rate us 4.⁹⁄₅ on Gartner Peer Insights. In 2022, Bloomberg included us on its list of defining ideas. We’ve also been recognized by Everest Group (Leader, Digital Interaction Intelligence 2025), NelsonHall (Process Understanding 2024), HFS (Enterprise Innovator, Process Intelligence Products, 2023), and Forrester Wave (Strong Performer, Process Intelligence Software, Q3 2023).

Soroco has between 201 and 500 employees, with over 200 engineers. The company’s founders are Rohan Narayana Murty, George Nychis, and Arjun R Narayanaswamy. Munjal Jhala is the CEO, and Abhijit Shroff is the COO.
