We were founded in 2014 by Jules Bassoleil and Martin Charpentier. We are a design agency specializing in digital solutions.

Our services include Digital Strategy, UI Design, UX Design, Product & Service Design, Mobile Design, Prototyping, Art Direction, and Teaching. We create user experiences for corporations and startups, even in complex product and organizational settings.

We help clients improve their digital capabilities, using design to drive organizational performance. Our approach combines strategic advice with hands-on expertise, turning goals into concrete, shippable actions. This means we deliver mockups, prototypes, and visual roadmaps. We also use AI tools to speed up research and concept generation, and we build high-fidelity prototypes quickly to help with decision-making.

We are a team of 11 to 50 designers and technologists. Our team includes designers, AI specialists, developers, and directors across design, technical, commercial, administrative & financial, and marketing & communication functions.

We promote collaboration and continuous improvement through weekly design meetings. Here, team members share experiences, methodologies, tools, and processes.

We offer flexible remote work. Employees can choose to work from home, our Montreuil offices, or client sites, with hybrid options.

Compensation includes a profit-sharing bonus, which is roughly equivalent to a 13th month. Social benefits cover 50% of the Swile card (for meal vouchers), public transport subscriptions, and health insurance.

We support career growth through structured progression paths and custom training. This helps employees develop current skills and explore new ones. For those outside the Paris region, we cover transport and accommodation costs for our quarterly 3-day on-site sessions in our Paris offices. We also organize an annual off-site gathering for team activities and collaboration.
