POSITION SUMMARY
As an IT Provisioning Engineer you will work alongside other Engineers and Technicians who are responsible for the onboarding of new clients and services. Onboarding includes:
- Documentation
- Assessing Environment
- Deploying Tools
Provisioning is the advance party for the technical team in any new client experience. They are expected to provide the best white glove experience while performing the reconnaissance needed to ensure a long-lasting client relationship. This position is mostly remote but will require some travel to clients. The salary for this position is $60,000+ (negotiable based on experience). This role is Monday to Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST. DESIRED SKILLSET/EXPERIENCE
2+ years IT experience
- 2+ years of work experience with start to finish deployment of IT solutions preferred.
- MSP experience is preferred but not required.
- Onboarding-specific experience desirable
Experience with all current Windows operating systems
Active Directory and Group Policy understanding
365 knowledge specific to
- Administration
Firewall assessment and understanding
- Meraki
- SonicWALL
- Cisco
- Fortinet
Understanding of networking concepts
- Routing
- Switching
- VLANs
VMware experience is a plus
Apple product experience is a plus
Certifications are desirable
