Now as we grow, we are searching for a new Recruiting Specialist Intern (m/f/d) in our Madrid business unit.

What you’ll do
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in the end-to-end recruitment process across Europe and different departments
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the entire Talent Acquisition journey contributing to a positive and seamless candidate experience
- Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and support the identification of candidates who align with our roles and company culture
- Coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience
- Keep candidates informed and supported at every stage of the process
- Support onboarding processes to ensure a great start for our new hires
- Contribute to exciting Employer Branding projects and initiatives
What we look for
A strong interest and curiosity for the HR field, especially in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
Ideally, some previous experience or exposure to recruitment (internships, projects, or academic experience count!)
Fluent in Spanish and English (any additional language is a plus)
Ideally available for a full-time internship (3-4 months)
Based in Madrid, with availability to come to the office 2–3 days per week.
