About Spoiler Alert

We are a B2B sales software company, founded in 2015 by MIT alumni. We help Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) manufacturers and distributors manage excess and slow-moving inventory by digitizing the liquidation process. Our platform helps customers recover value from excess products, increasing profits, improving customer relationships, and making demand planning more accurate. It also helps supply chain managers work more efficiently. We work with manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers.

Our software is built to discount short-dated and obsolete inventory. It automates listings, optimizes pricing, and manages freight to connect inventory with the right buyers. Our process has three phases: First, we help you set up and strategize by connecting inventory data, establishing sales channels, and applying pricing and logistics rules. Next, our intelligence matches inventory with buyers at the right price, from listing to fulfillment. Finally, we help you optimize and repeat, regularly analyzing metrics like margin, shelf life, and holding costs to refine future performance.

Our platform helps recover margins and redistributes products. This supports sustainability by diverting products from landfills and makes goods more affordable. Our customers have kept over 500,000 tons of product out of landfills. We work with brands like Campbell Soup Company, Danone North America, HelloFresh, KeHE Distributors, Kraft Heinz, Mondelēz, Johnsonville, and Nestlé. We specialize in fast-moving goods across categories, including Beauty & Cosmetics, Frozen & prepared, Dry grocery, Household essentials, Bulk & food service, and Health & Personal care. Our technology includes workflow automation, augmented intelligence, e-commerce, and traceability.
