About the Role
We’re seeking a driven B2B Content & Social Writer with a passion for healthcare. You’ll craft high-quality content and own our company’s social presence: writing, posting, engaging, and repurposing content. You’ll move fast, be experiment-hungry, and use AI intelligently as a force multiplier.
You’ll support lead generation, thought leadership, brand awareness, and social engagement. You’ll work cross-functionally with Growth, Product, and Operations to align content with business goals and grow our voice.
Responsibilities
Produce compelling content across formats: blog pillars, case studies, white papers, newsletters
Write & manage LinkedIn/social posts and engage with key accounts
Repurpose long-form content into carousels, visuals, short-form snippets & captions
Interview internal & external stakeholders and distill interviews into polished narratives
Manage content calendar, campaigns & launches
Use SEO, keyword mapping, on-page optimization, analytics to guide decisions
Use AI tools smartly and responsibly while following the brand guidelines
Monitor content performance & iterate (CTR, dwell time, social engagement, pipeline influence)
Keep content fresh, updated and aligned with trends, regulations, and best practices
Experiment with formats, tone, engagement tactics and iterate fast
3+ years of B2B content and social media experience, ideally in healthcare, health tech, or functional/integrative medicine
Proven track record writing for LinkedIn, blogs, newsletters, white papers, gated assets, and social engagement
Ability to use AI tools to accelerate output while keeping quality and trust intact
Excellent writing, editing, storytelling skills with obsessive for grammar, clarity, voice
Strong SEO sense, familiar with CMS, analytics tools (HubSpot, GA4, etc.)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, open to testing & pivoting
Self-starter: you can take a topic and drive from brief to publishing and promotion
Social media savvy: you understand how LinkedIn algorithm works (carousels, content pillars, content across funnels, engagement loops etc.)
Ability to collaborate closely across teams and get feedback/iterative revisions
Nice to Have
- Past experience in functional or integrative medicine
- Experience with webinars, podcasts, video scripts
- Basic design or motion skills (Canva, Figma etc.)
- Experience in technical writing or data-driven content
