We are a digital design agency with studios in Nottingham and London. Established in 2010, we offer complete design services, including branding, graphic design, web design, e-commerce, UX/UI design, SaaS design, and Games UX design.

We operate as a digital product studio, partnering with clients from startups to global corporations, often focusing on fintech or B2B websites. We follow a 12-step process for web design, aiming for measurable results and guaranteeing a 20% increase in conversions.

We have completed over 300 projects and have won several awards. We have been a DRUM Recommended agency since 2018, won Website of the Year at the Digital Entrepreneur Awards in 2020, were finalists for Design Business of the Year at the Lloyds TSB Enterprise Awards in 2019, and received 7 CSS Design Awards in 2024.

We founded Strafe Creative on the belief that creativity can make a positive impact. Our approach emphasizes collaboration, creativity, and adaptability. We partner with clients to champion creativity, blending brand and digital elements for purposeful experiences.

Strafe Creative has 21 professionals working from studios in Nottingham and London, with some team members working remotely from up to 11 different locations. The team is passionate, supportive, and dedicated to their work, clients, and one another.

The team includes designers, developers, strategists, project managers, and leadership roles such as Operations Director, Managing Director, and Creative Director. Strafe Creative prioritizes a friendly, supportive culture and values employee well-being, both professionally and personally.

We offer flexible work options, including in-office or remote work, though we prefer employees to be close enough to our Nottingham office for quarterly team events. Flexible hours mean staff can start between 7 am and 9:30 am.
