Stratas Foods

We supply fats, oils, sauces, mayonnaises, and dressings to the Foodservice, Food Ingredients, and Retail Private Label markets in North America. Our products include Frying Oil, Shortenings, Butter Flavored Oils, Pan Sprays, Mayonnaise, Salad Oils, Sauces, Dressings, Vinegars, Flakes, and Beads.

We were founded in October 2008 as a ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ joint venture between ACH Food Companies and Archer Daniels Midland (ADM). ACH Food Companies contributed brands like Frymax, Mazola ZT, and Sweetex, along with a retail bottled oils group. ADM provided a North American production network, backed by global procurement, processing, and transportation.

Our Research, Development, and Innovation (RDI) Center allows our scientists to develop, test, and prototype oil products. We also have “THE KITCHEN,” an experimental facility where we host ideation and innovation sessions with chefs and branding teams. We use it to test and develop sauces, dressings, and marinades. We have production facilities in Illinois, California, Georgia, Texas, Tennessee, and New Jersey, and distribution centers across the U.S. and Canada. We have received the Quality and Service Award from Dot Foods for three consecutive years.
