As a Video Production Intern, you will…
- Work closely with the Director of Creative Services to forecast video needs, assess feasibility and prioritize work.
- Work in conjunction with the Producer and Sr. Videographer and Editor to accomplish larger initiatives
- Handle setup, operation, or technical assistance for internal video productions and broadcast tagging, including video editing
- Focus on details while keeping an eye on the big picture.
- Anticipate and resolve conflict diplomatically.
- Understand Broadcast Standards and Industry protocol.
- Shoot all in-house footage for internal video projects.
- Organize and archive video footage in a timely and detailed manner
- Produce and master broadcast radio spots both in-house and with vendor partners
- High level of initiative and flexibility
- Exercise good judgment with client and agency budgets.
- Adapt campaign assets (retouching, logo and artwork preparation, illustrating, coloring, and grading)
- Video Editing and Motion graphic production (incl. organizing comps, compositing, constructing animated loops, and rendering)
Minimum Qualifications
- Attendance from an accredited four-year college or university with major course work in Videography or other related field.
- Previous internship experience preferred, but not required.
- Eager to learn mentality and strong team player.
- Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail; demonstrates commitment to follow-through.
- Proven ability to communicate marketing strategies and recommendations.
- Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks and complete projects according to deadline.
- Requires strong organizational, problem-solving, analytical, and listening skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with individuals at all levels within the organization.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong supporter of SA’s desired culture.
