JOB OVERVIEW
The Student Enrollment Advisor (External Consultant) is the primary owner of the student journey from Lead to Arrival. The role exists to drive demand conversion, optimise enrollment outcomes, and scale revenue growth while maintaining high student experience and compliance standards. SEAs retain end-to-end ownership.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Demand Conversion & Sales Execution
- Manage inbound and outbound leads through the full recruitment funnel
- Deliver needs-based advising and course/institution matching
- Convert enquiries into applications, offers, and confirmed acceptances
- Meet or exceed conversion, application, confirmation, and arrival targets
Student Journey Ownership
- Own the student relationship from initial engagement through arrival
- Guide students through application, offer, and confirmation processes
- Maintain momentum to minimise attrition and deferrals
Compliance & Quality
- Ensure information accuracy and documentation integrity
- Identify early signals of complexity or risk
- Adhere to playbooks, SLAs, and regulatory guidance
Pipeline & Performance Management
- Maintain accurate, timely CRM records (e.g., Salesforce)
- Actively manage pipeline health and ageing; forecast volume and outcomes
- Use data to prioritise effort and improve conversion efficiency
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Align with Regional Leads on market priorities and execution cadence
- Collaborate with Regional Lead to improve lead quality and conversion
- Partner with Admissions and Compliance to resolve issues rapidly
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Lead → Arrival conversion rate
- Enrollment volume and quality
- Student satisfaction
ABOUT YOU
- 3+ years demonstrable experience in sales, enrollment, or customer conversion roles
- Ability to manage complex pipelines and multiple stakeholders
- Strong commercial mindset with outcome focus
- High attention to detail and process discipline
- CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce)
- Fluency in Spanish
Desirable
- International education or regulated sales experience
- Familiarity with admissions and visa processes
- Experience with performance analytics and forecasting
- Fluency in Portuguese
