Job Summary:
The HR Leader shapes and executes the direction of the Company’s HR function, serving as a key partner to the business. This role leads core HR operations—including talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits, compliance, and employee relations—while helping align organizational structure and talent to our business needs. The HR Leader ensures compliance across all applicable jurisdictions and fosters a strong, consistent culture by embedding company values into everyday practices across the organization.
Key Deliverables and Responsibilities:
- Support and reinforce company culture by embedding values into day-to-day operations, programs, and leadership practices.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. and international employment laws; maintain and update HR policies with guidance from legal counsel as needed.
- Partner with leadership to support organizational design, staffing strategies, and workforce planning aligned to business needs.
- Administer and continuously improve compensation, benefits, and wellness programs; support annual reviews and vendor relationships, including 401(k) oversight.
- Lead recruiting, onboarding, and retention efforts; support succession planning and deliver training for managers and employees.
- Manage employee relations matters, ensuring consistent, fair, and compliant processes while protecting company interests.
- Own key HR metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, turnover), budgets, and process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Partners with business leaders to support new contract opportunities through staffing plans and compliance readiness.
- Contribute to HR due diligence and assist with integration activities, including employee transition, policy alignment, and retention planning.
- Provide HR support across affiliated entities, ensuring consistency in execution and employee experience.
- Lead and develop a team of three HR professionals and interns, driving performance, accountability, and growth.
- Own full-cycle people leadership: hire, coach, mentor, and develop talent while ensuring consistent application of policies and practices.
- Deliver results through clear expectations, active performance management, and continuous feedback—reinforcing standards, improving execution, and strengthening team capability.
Travel Requirements
- Travel requirements for this position are minimal.
Education :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- SHRM CP or SCP / PHR certification preferred.
Work Experience:
- 8-12 years of general HR experience to include leadership responsibilities.
- Experience operating in complex or high growth environments
- Prior government contractor experience strongly preferred.
- Prior international HR experience preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including policy development and clear, effective messaging
Confident presenting and leading discussions with groups and leadership audiences
Systems & Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems; experience with platforms such as Paylocity, Workable, Excel, etc. Working experience with AI platforms (Claude, ChatGPT, Co-Pilot) a plus.

Pay: $115,00- $150,000
