What to Expect?

As a Technical Support Trainee, you’ll start with dynamic training focused on SQL scripting, data integration, and web applications powering clinical trials for leading pharmaceutical companies. You’ll gain hands-on experience with SQL Server, bug tracking, and ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira, SDP), while honing your troubleshooting and SQL scripting skills. It’s a great opportunity to build a solid technical foundation and make a real impact in the world of clinical research!

Responsibilities:

  • Basic knowledge about SQL, XML, data integration techniques

  • Work with common tools utilized in a software company (SQL Server, bug reporting, ticketing system)

  • Troubleshooting application logs, write and execute SQL scripts

  • Learn the basics about software & programming

  • Communication and interaction with multiple teams and/or client

  • Analyze risks, create workarounds and adapt to diverse client requests

  • Perform other related duties as required

Requirements:

  • College degree
  • Strong critical and analytical reasoning skills
  • High achieving, exploratory nature
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes, technologies and tools
  • Ability to conduct in-depth investigative research and select the best solution for a problem
  • Proficient in spoken and written English
  • Passion for scripting in SQL Server
