**This is a hybrid position that requires 2 days per week in office at our Bangalore location**
Job Summary:
The Recruiter reports to our Director, Global Talent Acquisition. Primary responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional business leaders to qualify job searches; identifying, attracting, and screening potential candidates for various roles within our company; Managing the interview process for both candidates and hiring managers. This is accomplished within a defined recruiting and hiring process. Talent Acquisition results and performance are metrics driven at both the team and individual level.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Work with Hiring Managers and Business Unit Leaders to qualify job searches following a structured and consistent process
Identify/Source talent as well as manage job applicants utilizing various recruiting tools and methods including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
Conduct in-depth candidate interviews assessing skills, qualifications, and cultural fit. Provide recommendations to hiring managers
Deliver a positive Candidate Experience throughout the talent acquisition process by providing timely communication, feedback, and guidance
Contribute to building and promoting Syndigo’s brand to attract top talent
Work closely with HR team members and others to coordinate the hiring and onboarding process to assure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for the new employee
Utilize data and metrics to evaluate performance, recommend improvements, and make data-driven decisions
Stay current with industry trends and market conditions to adapt and tune recruiting practices as necessary
Ensure compliance with all employment regulations and company policies throughout the recruiting process
Required Skills/Abilities:
Proven experience as a recruiter in a fast-paced environment, with at least 4 years of experience (preferably a combination of corporate and third-party recruiting)
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred)
Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency of talent acquisition best practices, sourcing techniques, and interview processes
Ability to build strong working relationships within cross-functional teams
Proven ability to work in collaborative team environments
Strong organizational and time management skills with demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience)
