At CrazyGames, a remote-first scale-up in Leuven, Belgium, we are looking for our first in-house recruiter. Your mission is to help us grow our team to 75 people (from 50 currently) by going out (physically and digitally) and finding exceptionally talented, motivated, and fun people to join our team of experts.
If you love meeting new people with various backgrounds (from engineers to marketeers), have a can-do mentality, love attending and organizing events, and are good at understanding people and spotting talent, we might be looking for you!
Key outcomes:
Within 1 month, you have a good understanding of our product, team structure, company culture, the current open positions, and how to judge whether someone would be a good fit.
Within 3 months, you are sourcing at least 5 candidates per week and manage our job postings across all channels.
Within 6 months, you have organized our presence at one or more University events and we have hired at least 3 people that you’ve found.
Within 12 months, you take on full responsibility over sourcing candidates as well as the initial screening interviews.
