About HappyCo
We provide software and services for property management companies of all sizes, owners, and onsite teams. Our tools support the entire property lifecycle, from acquisition to disposition. We focus on real-time property operations, mobile inspections, multifamily software, real estate, and due diligence. Our solutions include business intelligence, lease file audits, and remote property monitoring.
Our three main products are Happy Asset, Happy Property, and Happy Force. Happy Asset helps with evaluating and closing deals. Happy Property optimizes onsite operations, and it replaced our individual Tasks and Inspections apps in August 2023. Happy Force provides remote maintenance solutions to help with staff and resident retention.
Our platform integrates with various Property Management Systems (PMS) like Yardi Voyager, MRI, RealPage, Entrata, ResMan, Rent Manager, and AppFolio. It also includes a Plugins marketplace and an API for data integration. Our AI, JoyAI, centralizes maintenance by automating and optimizing scheduling, technician matching, resident communications, and inventory management.
HappyCo was founded in 2011 in Adelaide, Australia. As of April 2023, we have in-unit data on over 3.5 million rental homes and have processed over 400 million inspection and work order photos. We acquired Call Complete in 2021 and Yuhu in 2022. HappyCo achieved SOC 2 Type II certification in December 2022. We also worked with Freddie Mac Multifamily to create platforms like Optigo Happyβ for digitizing inspection processes.
