Founded in 2012, we are an outsourced recruiting provider. We offer services in talent acquisition, recruiting management, human capital planning, and recruitment process outsourcing. We partner with organizations nationwide, specializing in recruiting for nonprofits, technology, government contracting, and start-up companies.

Our process starts by understanding a client’s business: its history, mission, values, culture, and desired candidate qualities. From there, we develop a custom recruitment and talent acquisition marketing plan. Our team sources and screens talent, meeting weekly with clients to discuss progress. We also help clients build their internal talent acquisition and recruiting management teams. Each year, we review over 23,800 resumes, conduct more than 1,800 interviews, and make about 120 new hires.
