We started in 2014, offering full-service recruiting solutions on a subscription basis. Our clients are global, across sectors like Technology, Financial & Professional Services, and Healthcare. We provide these services for a fixed monthly fee.

Two female entrepreneurs founded our company after seeing problems in the traditional talent acquisition market. They wanted to create flexible, modern recruiting options that prioritized finding quality talent.
Mission & Values
We believe companies hire better and become more profitable with smart talent acquisition. Exceptional recruitment is the foundation of great companies, and a good candidate experience starts from the first job advertisement. We also believe that recruiting is part of everyone’s job, and there’s no single strategy that works for everyone.

Team & Culture
We are a company of 11-50 employees. Our culture is collaborative, innovative, and transparent. We believe in doing the right thing, hiring people for their potential, and providing training to help them succeed. Outside of client work, we support several community initiatives.
These include: the Next Generation Talent Acquisition Meet Up, a networking forum with over 1,000 members; Mentor Meet Up, which connects talent with mentors in tech and tech sales; the Women in Tech Sales Boot Camp, which helps women advance their careers; and offering free coaching and pro bono recruitment support to community programs and non-profits, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic in Canada.
We give our teams tools, leadership, learning opportunities, and flexibility to support work-life balance and career goals. We focus on inclusive processes, a positive candidate experience, and working closely with hiring managers to achieve consistent, high-quality hiring.

Our founders, Kim and Emma, started the company after recognizing gaps in the talent acquisition market. They believed there was a better way to approach recruiting. They celebrated their 5th anniversary on a boat cruise through the Toronto Islands. We remain privately-owned.
Kim and Emma have over 40 years of combined experience in talent acquisition across corporate, agency, public sector, and startup environments. They saw that traditional RPO and staffing firms often lacked new ideas, and high-end consulting firms offered strategies without hands-on help. This led them to create a more efficient and valuable model that reduces hiring time and cost, provides insights into hiring practices, and helps clients define their employer value proposition. We prioritize building strong relationships with both clients and candidates. Our approach focuses on quick responses, diversity, innovation, and data to create a recruitment framework that improves employer branding, ensures inclusive processes, enhances the candidate experience, and increases accountability with hiring managers. This results in consistent, quality hiring for our clients.
