Job description
Our marketing team at Talentuch is growing, and we’re looking for a Part-Time Content & Social Media Specialist to take ownership of our core content channels.
This role goes beyond classic SMM. It combines LinkedIn management, content marketing, and basic marketing communications, with a clear and realistic workload suitable for part-time collaboration.
You’ll work independently while being part of a small, collaborative marketing team. We value structure, ownership, and practical creativity - not chaos or last-minute urgency.
Key Focus & Workload
- LinkedIn: 2-3 posts per week.
- Blog: 1-2 articles per month.
- Email marketing: 3-4 campaigns per month.
- Webinars: support for up to 2 webinars per month.
- Analytics: simplified tracking and reporting (no deep data analysis).
Responsibilities
1. Social Media (Primary Focus)
- Manage Talentuch LinkedIn presence - company page and Talentuch HR Community.
- Create and publish 2-3 LinkedIn posts per week aligned with brand tone and marketing goals.
- Adapt content for Instagram when relevant (secondary channel).
- Track basic performance metrics and prepare a simple monthly summary.
2. Content Marketing
- Write 1-2 blog articles per month on recruitment, HR, and IT-business topics for HR professionals and business owners.
- Prepare content for cross-posting and collaborations with partners.
- Create 2 email campaigns per month (newsletters, marketing or recruitment-related campaigns).
- Publish and adapt success stories and press releases provided by the account management team.
3. Webinars & Campaign Support
- Support marketing webinars (up to 2 per month):
- Help refine topics and descriptions based on speaker input.
- Create promotional and reminder posts.
- Assist with content-related marketing initiatives when aligned with core responsibilities.
4. Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with designers for visuals needed for posts, blogs, and campaigns.
- Participate in weekly marketing calls to share updates and suggest content ideas.
- Communicate proactively about workload, timelines, and priorities.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in content marketing, SMM, or a related role.
- Strong written English skills as you’ll write independently, without heavy editing.
- Experience managing LinkedIn for a B2B or professional audience.
- Basic understanding of social media and content performance metrics.
- Experience with blog content, email campaigns, and content promotion.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage tasks independently.
- Interest in recruitment, HR, and IT-business topics is a strong plus.
You’ll Succeed in This Role If You Are
- Proactive: take ownership of content without micromanagement.
- Well-organized: can plan workload realistically within part-time hours.
- Practical & creative: focus on useful, relevant content rather than “content for content’s sake”.
- Responsible: communicate clearly if priorities or timelines need adjustment.
What We Offer
- Fully remote, part-time format (4-5 hours/day).
- Predictable workload with clear priorities.
- Opportunity to influence brand voice and content strategy.
- Friendly, professional team with transparent communication.
- Long-term collaboration if expectations are aligned.
