At TechBiz Global, we are providing recruitment service to our TOP clients from our portfolio. We are currently seeking an Account Manager to join one of our clients’ teams in Italy. This role combines client relationship management with deep market understanding, performance analysis, andmarket development strategy. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner to Italian operators while identifying opportunities to strengthen our client’s positioning within a highly regulated and competitive environment.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

 Own and develop relationships with Italian licensed operators

 Manage commercial performance and long-term growth of assigned accounts

 Analyze game performance, player behavior, and market trends in Italy

 Support and optimize game launches, promotions, and portfolio positioning within

ADM regulations

 Identify market opportunities and recommend local market strategies to increase

penetration

 Act as the key liaison between Italian partners and internal teams (Legal,

Compliance, Product, BI)

 Ensure full alignment with Italian regulatory requirements while driving commercial

outcomes

 Prepare performance reports, insights, and strategic recommendations

Required Experience & Profile

 3+ years of experience in iGaming B2B, ideally with exposure to the Italian regulated

market

 Strong understanding of ADM regulation and its impact on game content and

commercialization

 Proven experience in account management, market management, or commercial

strategy

 Strong analytical skills and confidence working with performance data

 Ability to combine relationship management with structured, strategic thinking

 Advanced Excel / Google Sheets

 BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar)

 CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)

 Market and competitor research tools

 Collaboration tools (Slack, Jira, Confluence/Notion)

Languages

Mandatory:

 Italian – native

 English – fluent

Nice to Have

 Experience launching or growing game portfolios in Italy

 Existing relationships with Italian operators

 Experience working with heavily restricted game features and promotions

 Background in market development or commercial analytics
