Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
Manage and respond to emails
Organize files and documents
Schedule meetings and manage calendars
Perform data entry and general admin tasks
Project Management
Manage design projects and track deadlines
Assign tasks to designers based on client requests
Ensure timelines and deliverables are met
Communicate updates internally and with clients
Requirements
Experience as a Virtual Assistant and/or Project Manager
Strong written communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Familiar with project management tools (Trello, Asana, Notion, ClickUp, etc.)
