Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Administrative Support

  • Manage and respond to emails

  • Organize files and documents

  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars

  • Perform data entry and general admin tasks

Project Management

  • Manage design projects and track deadlines

  • Assign tasks to designers based on client requests

  • Ensure timelines and deliverables are met

  • Communicate updates internally and with clients

Requirements

  • Experience as a Virtual Assistant and/or Project Manager

  • Strong written communication skills

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

  • Familiar with project management tools (Trello, Asana, Notion, ClickUp, etc.)
