Key Responsibilities:
Interpret client requirements and translate them into actionable reporting deliverables, including dashboards, report templates, and data queries.
Manage timelines and deliverables, ensuring high-quality reports are delivered on schedule with consistent formatting and visual standards.
Produce clear, accurate, and insightful analyses based on KPIs, performing thorough proofreading and data validation.
Respond to client queries and feedback regarding reports, and contribute to internal training initiatives to improve team knowledge and efficiency.
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses of media data to generate insights on brand perception, media performance, and industry trends.
Utilize software tools, Excel, and PowerPoint to extract, manipulate, and present data, collaborating with internal teams and clients to drive value-added initiatives.
Deliver reporting in Finnish and/or Swedish as required by client needs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with experience in media data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting software; familiarity with dashboard tools is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail, with strong data validation and proofreading skills.
Strong communication skills in Finnish and/or Swedish, with the ability to explain insights clearly to clients and team members.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in quantitative and qualitative media analysis is preferred.
