Join our team in Barcelona and help businesses grow through smart digital advertising solutions. As a German-speaking Sales Consultant, you will support companies across the DACH region in optimizing their online marketing strategies and adopting Google Ads products.
About the Role
You will act as a trusted advisor for small and medium-sized businesses, guiding them through their digital advertising journey. Working in a tech-driven environment, you’ll collaborate with high‑potential companies and contribute directly to their growth.
Responsibilities
Convert qualified leads into active customers and expand relationships through strategic upselling.
Manage both inbound and outbound leads to acquire new advertisers for Google Ads.
Own your client portfolio, optimize campaigns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Work toward individual sales targets in a performance‑driven environment.
Understand customer goals and match them with the right advertising solutions.
Develop sales strategies to maximize market potential and improve client results.
Guide SMB clients through the sales cycle and support the launch of their first Google Ads campaigns.
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
Native-level German (C2) and excellent English.
Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally in fast‑paced or high‑stakes environments.
Strong closing skills with warm SMB leads and ability to align solutions with business goals.
Proven ability to work independently and consistently achieve targets.
Solid CRM experience and ability to optimize workflows.
Comfortable using AI tools for insights and personalized outreach.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong business acumen and ability to analyze trends.
