We are a data, AI, and customer experience consultancy for clients in financial services and regulated industries. We specialize in data engineering, software development, API development, data architecture, customer engagement, and AI. Our focus is connecting systems, building custom applications, and modernizing data systems to drive digital transformation. Our expertise includes technologies like Salesforce, Databricks, Twilio, and nCino.

Our services help solve challenges such as siloed data, legacy systems, and rising customer expectations. For financial services, we provide solutions for wealth management (e.g., personalized advice, data connection, automated reviews), banking and lending (e.g., modernizing origination to servicing), credit unions (e.g., faster service), and insurance (e.g., smart service, data connection). For regulated industries, we support health and life sciences (e.g., unifying data, streamlining workflows) and utilities (e.g., streamlining alerts, field operations). We also develop ZennLab accelerators, which are pre-built technology solutions to address business challenges.

We report a 4.⁹⁄₅ client satisfaction score. Our team holds over 580 Salesforce, Databricks, Twilio, and nCino certifications, and we’ve completed over 700 projects in financial and regulated industries, plus more than 200 data modernization projects. In November 2024, we acquired Terazo, a data engineering and software development firm.

We founded Zennify in 2012, inspired by an initiative to address a vaccine crisis in Haiti using technology. Our vision is that purpose and technology can solve challenging problems.
