We operate in the transportation, logistics, supply chain, and storage industries. We develop the Yard Operating System (YOS™), an AI-native platform that integrates with existing systems to digitize, automate, and optimize yard operations. Our YOS™ uses AI computer vision to manage processes from gate to dock, including automated gate check-ins, assigning locations, tracking assets in real-time, coordinating spotters for load movement, and validating assets before exit. It helps achieve maximum automated throughput, easy scalability, and a rapid, repeatable return on investment. We designed it for disruption-free operations, requiring low IT overhead. It uses no third-party devices and features a modern user interface and configurability for various yards. The YOS™ integrates with existing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).

We were established in 2023 as a joint venture, supported by leading logistics operators such as Prologis, Ryder, Lineage, and NFI, and venture capital firm 8VC. This backing helps us address major industry pain points and set a standard for modern yard operations. We aim to transform the yard—often a bottleneck in the supply chain—into a strategic advantage by digitizing processes that are traditionally manual.
