Job description
We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our finance and accounting team in Warsaw. In this role, you will support day-to-day accounting operations and work closely with the team to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of accounting tasks. This position is well suited for someone at an early stage of their accounting career who wants to grow through hands-on experience in an international environment.
Responsibilities
Posting and processing accounting entries in line with applicable regulations.
Entering, verifying, and reconciling accounting documents.
Supporting accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Assisting with bank postings and payment processing.
Supporting month-end closing activities.
Preparing basic reports and summaries for internal use.
Cooperating with other departments and supporting the finance team in daily tasks.
Degree or student status in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
First experience in accounting or finance (internship or junior role is an advantage).
Basic knowledge of Polish accounting regulations.
Good Excel skills.
English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher (used in an international work environment).
Accuracy, good organization of work, and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and develop within accounting.
