We were founded in 2015 (originally as WatchTower) and provide the Benefits Placement System, an enterprise software category. Our system allows benefits brokers and insurance carriers to manage the entire placement process on one shared platform. It helps modernize the benefits placement experience, covering new and renewal quotes, analysis, presentation, and implementation.\n\nOur platform improves efficiency for brokers and carriers by centralizing communication and transactions, reducing errors from manual data extraction, and promoting data-driven decisions. We offer specific modules like ThreeFlow Connect, which automates benefit placements, streamlines client setup, and integrates post-sale details with Agency Management Systems (AMS).\n\nWe also have ThreeFlow Insights, which provides real-time, in-app market data. Brokers can see carrier response rates, new business premium by carrier, and client information by industry. Carriers can view outcomes by broker and incumbent, identify target brokers for product growth, and analyze invite and close ratios.\n\nToday, we manage over $3.7 billion in premium, support more than 330 broker locations, partner with over 80 certified carriers, and serve more than 34,000 employers.
