We also offer a CCWIS (Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System) solution with a phased rollout, including modules such as Intake, Investigations, Case Management, Placements, Eligibility & Payments, and Federal Reporting. Our software is used by over 550 agencies across 37 states and Washington D.C., serving 49% of children in care nationwide. Agencies using our tools report an average 80% increase in licensed families in their first year, a 16% reduction in approval time, and 20-40% savings in social worker administrative time. Over 12,000 social workers streamline their work using our tools, and more than 100,000 foster and adoptive families have been approved through our system. We offer an above-market compensation package that includes salary and equity. We cover premiums for comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance for employees and their dependents. We provide a flexible vacation policy, 13 paid holidays (including 11 federally observed holidays such as Juneteenth, Election Day, and the day after Thanksgiving), and 16 weeks of paid parental bonding leave for the arrival of a newborn or newly placed infant. Sick and mental health time is separate from vacation, with an accrual cap of up to 80 hours. After four years of service, employees are eligible for a four-week sabbatical. Financial benefits include a 401k with employer contributions, commuter benefits, FSA, and DCFSA. We also offer a $5,000 annual bonus for employees who volunteer as a CASA (Court-Appointed Special Advocate) and a $2,500 annual reimbursement for learning and development.
