Job Description
Titan Wealth is a fast-growing wealth management business, both in the UK and internationally. It has evolved a fairer, more efficient and effective business model, structured to deliver leading advice-led wealth management services, giving financial advisers and their clients the best opportunity to fulfil their dreams and ambitions.
We provide a dynamic work environment full of opportunity, one where both individual and team initiative and contribution is encouraged, so that together we can deliver better outcomes for our clients over the long term.
We are looking for a high-calibre Business Analyst to join our Group Change function, supporting a portfolio of strategic change programmes and M&A integration initiatives across the Group.
This role sits at the centre of complex change – working across front office, operations, finance, risk/compliance, technology, and third-party partners. You will play a critical role in shaping change, defining operating models, supporting integrations, and translating business strategy into clear, actionable deliverables.
This is not a documentation-only role. It requires someone comfortable operating in fast-moving environments, dealing with ambiguity, influencing senior stakeholders, and helping drive change through to delivery.
This is a hybrid office based role - 3 days a week working onsite, full time permanent role.
Responsibilities:
Change & Integration Delivery
- Support major change programmes and post-acquisition integrations from discovery through to implementation and stabilisation.
- Work with programme and project leads to structure workstreams, clarify scope, and define measurable outcomes.
- Support operating-model design across people, process, technology, governance, and third-party services.
- Lead business analysis activity across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Business Analysis & Requirements
- Elicit, analyse, and document business needs using a range of techniques (workshops, interviews, process mapping, data analysis).
- Produce high-quality artefacts including business cases, problem statements, current/future-state processes, requirements, options assessments, and benefits definitions.
- Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements for technology and operational teams.
- Support solution design, ensuring traceability back to business objectives.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a bridge between business, operations, compliance, finance, and technology teams.
- Facilitate workshops and working groups with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
- Challenge constructively, identify risks and dependencies, and support decision-making with structured analysis.
Integration & Transformation Focus
- Support M&A activity including target operating model design, Day-1 readiness, carve-outs, migrations, and business separations.
- Map legacy and target-state processes and support data, platform, and service transitions.
- Contribute to synergy tracking, risk management, and post-integration optimisation.
Governance & Delivery Support
- Support programme governance through RAID logs, dependency mapping, and change impact assessments.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Product Owners, and delivery teams to ensure analysis aligns to delivery plans.
- Contribute to SteerCo and senior-level materials where required.
Critical Skills and Experience required:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst working on complex change programmes.
- Strong background in business process analysis, requirements definition, and operating-model design.
- Experience working in financial services, wealth management, asset management, banking, or similarly regulated environments.
- Comfortable working across business and technology teams.
- Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder-management capability.
- Able to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
Qualifications:
Business Analysis Certification (Desirable)
