Currently, we are looking for a Creative Producer for Kidology.

About our client:
Kidology is a fast-growing tech product built to address one of the most overlooked challenges: helping parents of children with ADHD and behavioral difficulties build structure, improve communication, and reduce daily stress.
The product operates at the intersection of parenting, psychology, and performance marketing, with a strong focus on measurable impact and behavior change.
With recent funding and in a fast-paced, experimentation-driven environment, the team is scaling and building its creative function from the ground up.
This role offers a unique opportunity to join at an early stage, take ownership of creative strategy, and grow into a leadership position within the next year.
Responsibilities:
Strategic support
Improve and evolve marketing creative strategy across Facebook, TikTok, Google
Turn insights into clear actions that resonate with target audience
Introduce new tools, frameworks, methodologies to elevate creative output
Creative excellence
Generate high-quality, user-centric creative ideas aligned with strategy
Write clear and actionable briefs
Analyze UA performance and creatives to improve key metrics
Run ongoing market and competitor research, extract trends, apply insights
Provide continuous feedback and share best practices
Mentor junior team members
Strong management
Own full creative production cycle from idea to execution
Lead and motivate team to deliver top results
Plan workload, prioritize tasks and goals
Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and efficiency
Requirements:
2+ years of experience as a Creative Producer / Creative Strategist / UA Creative Specialist
Strong experience in performance marketing and web-based products
Hands-on experience with Meta, TikTok, and/or Google Ads creatives
Proven track record of creating creatives that meet or exceed performance benchmarks
Strong understanding of direct response marketing and conversion-driven creatives
Experience working with UGC formats, storytelling, and funnels
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable creative ideas
High level of autonomy and ownership
Strong communication and presentation skills
Upper-intermediate or higher English level
